1. Privacy Policy
We care about your privacy. We only process data necessary for (improving) our services and handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
What data do we collect? When you place an order or purchase a service, we process the following data:
- Name and/or Company Name
- Address details
- Email address and phone number
- Payment details (processed via our partner Mollie)
Sharing with third parties We only share your data with third parties if strictly necessary for the execution of the agreement (e.g., with Mollie for payments or Moneybird for invoicing) or to comply with a legal obligation.
2. Return & Cancellation Policy
Because we supply both businesses (B2B) and consumers (B2C), we distinguish between the conditions for returns and cancellations.
A. For Business Clients (B2B)
No right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) applies to agreements with business clients.
- Purchased services and ‘audits’ cannot be cancelled once payment has been made, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- For cancellation of scheduled consultancy hours within 48 hours before commencement, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the costs.
B. For Consumers (B2C)
As a consumer, you legally have a cooling-off period of 14 days (right of withdrawal).
Exception for immediate delivery of services: Please note: You are ordering a digital service (such as an audit, scan, or consultation). If you wish for this service to be performed immediately (within the 14-day cooling-off period), the law requires your explicit consent. By placing an order for immediate execution, you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
If the service has not yet been performed, you can cancel free of charge within 14 days by sending an email to support@knoester-it.nl. We will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via Mollie.
